All the stuff was very pleasant and incredibly kind, resolved my issues. The property was close to a railway station...

Location: the hotel was right by station and city centre, the old town and the main railway station and Euro Spin supermarket with a great selection of very reasonably priced food. There were a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge in the room, enjoyed that. The workers were incredibly kind...

The staff at the accommodation were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly understanding and accommodating when our flight was delayed and we arrived late. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had good AC. We were pleasantly surprised to find some breakfast items available for guests. The location was convenient, close to the train station. I can't thank Dominico enough for going above and beyond to help me when my husband got lost. He spent a lot of time making calls and assisting me in locating him. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff made our stay truly special. We are filled with gratitude!

This room felt like a cozy home away from home, with a smart TV and Netflix for chilling out. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance, making me feel like I was staying in a stylish space. I loved the ensuite bathroom, complete with a refreshing rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries. The provided coffee/tea makers and complimentary bottled water were a nice touch for a coffee lover like me.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the bathroom, but I understand others might appreciate it.

The room was small but very clean and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was also kept clean and towels were renewed daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was great, as it was only a 10-minute walk from the central station and just across the road from the train station. This made it easy to explore nearby cities and to get to the hotel from the airport. The hotel also provided coffee, tea, and hot water all day, as well as some complimentary sweet and salty snacks. The hosts were very helpful and communicative, with fast responses and assistance at any time.
